User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement", "Terms of Use") governs your installation, access, and use of MangaSway, including the mobile application (Package Name: net.mangasway.reader), related web pages, reader functions, content discovery tools, support channels, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MangaSway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Part 01. Acceptance

This Agreement is between you and MangaSway. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue using the Service and uninstall the application. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MangaSway complies with all local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Part 02. Age and Permission

• MangaSway is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
• If you have not reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf.
• You may not use MangaSway if you have previously been suspended from the Service or if applicable laws prohibit your use of the application.

Part 03. What MangaSway Provides

MangaSway helps readers discover digital comic titles, view comic information, read chapter episodes, organize a personalized bookshelf, track reading history, search across genres, configure language preferences, and submit in-app feedback.

Certain features depend on internet connectivity, device hardware compatibility, image decryption capabilities, Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), and cloud infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, pause, update, or discontinue features, content catalogs, reader behavior, or support options at any time.

Part 04. No Required In-App Account

MangaSway does not currently require you to create or register an account to browse or read comics. Your reading history, bookshelf records, chapter bookmarks, favorites, search history, and interface preferences are managed locally on your device and associated with an installation-level device identifier so the application functions seamlessly.

If account registration or cloud synchronization features are introduced in future updates, additional terms and privacy disclosures will be provided.

Part 05. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable limited license to use MangaSway solely for personal, non-commercial reading and entertainment. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application or backend APIs.
• Use scrapers, crawlers, spiders, automated scripts, bots, or offline batch extractors to harvest comic images, catalog metadata, or API requests.
• Bypass, modify, defeat, or tamper with security tokens, image decryption algorithms, digital rights management (DRM), or rate limits.
• Block, interfere with, or manipulate the proper rendering of in-app advertisements without authorization.
• Disrupt, overload, or attack servers, storage systems, CDNs, or network infrastructure connected to MangaSway.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, platform policy, or third-party intellectual property right.

Part 06. Materials You Submit

If you submit feedback, problem descriptions, screenshots, images, suggestions, or error reports through the app, you confirm that you possess the necessary rights to submit them and that your submission does not violate any law or infringe third-party rights.

You grant MangaSway a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, review, reproduce, and process submitted materials as necessary to operate, troubleshoot, debug, support, and enhance the application.

Part 07. Ownership and Content Rights

Application Assets: The MangaSway software, interface layouts, graphics, icons, branding, names, algorithms, and service code belong exclusively to MangaSway or its licensors.

Comic Works: All digital comics, manhwa, webtoons, manga titles, artwork, chapter pages, storylines, and character designs accessible via the Service are the copyrighted property of their respective creators, publishers, and licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers copyright or proprietary rights to you. You may not redistribute, archive, mirror, resell, or publicly display comic content obtained through MangaSway.

Part 09. Paid Features & In-App Advertising

MangaSway does not currently offer paid in-app purchases or subscription tiers. The Service is provided for free to readers, supported by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). If paid features are introduced in the future, pricing, billing terms, cancellation, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Part 10. Third-Party Services

MangaSway may integrate or display links to third-party services, content hosts, advertising partners, or websites. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, content, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third-party advertisers or external websites are governed by their respective terms.

Part 11. Suspension and Ending Use

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to MangaSway immediately without notice if you breach this Agreement, engage in automated scraping or abuse, create security risks, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible. You may terminate this Agreement at any time simply by ceasing use and uninstalling the app.

Part 12. Disclaimers

MANGASWAY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Part 13. Liability Limits

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANGASWAY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Part 14. Governing Law, Updates & Contact

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to digital consumer software, without regard to conflict of law principles. We may update this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of MangaSway constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
